I had to book a room last minute after driving four hours to find out that the boutique hotel that I reserved a room at cancelled my reservation. I called Manoir Victoria and they were able to get me a room immediately, put me on a wait list for a second night and then accommodate us for a second night. The front desk staff, hotel manager, cleaning staff, door men and valet were incredibly kind and professional. Our room was spotless! I even had to plug something in under the night stand and there was no dust! Manoir Victoria is our go to hotel when we visit Quebec City from here on out!
