We have been going to this hotel since it was call the Alyeska Prince Hotel back in the 90s. We were disappointed in our stay. There was no booklet with hotel or area information to consult while planning our stay. No information about dining facilities in the hotel was available. There wasn't even a pad of paper or pen in the desk. The nice furniture was gone. The TV was mounted on the wall with wires hanging out. The room was clean, but the appearance was sad. The chairs were worn. It was rather sad and it felt like staying in a two star facility, not an upscale hotel. We sincerely hope it will improve in the future. We will, however, think twice about booking rooms again.
