Everything was fine. Difficulty with the parking lot gate. Cards were having trouble entering the lot. Created lines to get into the lot. lined up.
The place is nice, clean and convenient. However, we heard our neighbors fighting all night in the next room and did not get any sleep which was our main purpose of staying here. Maids start knocking on the door at 7am because they forgot to put towels in room the day before.
I love parking there, this was my first attempt at staying overnight.
From Medina to the wait staff everything was amazing.
Breakfast is available in Bistro 128 from 6:00am - 11:00am at a fee of $28 plus taxes per person for the buffet. A la carte options are available as well.
Parking is available at $25 per day/per car. Trucks and Buss pricing is $35-50 per night/per vehicle

Starting with the room and the lumpy lilipution size beds, stained carpet, gross tile, dripping faucet, damaged vanity and holes in the drywall, our "non smoking room" smelled like smoke. The young lady at the front desk with the dark hair was quite rude and unsympathetic. The hotel was quite busy due to flight cancellations, BUT the staff at the bar were unsupported and set up to fail. I waited an hour and 10 minuted for cold over cooked French fries, there were two employees at the bar that seemed to be the only ones who cared if customers were helped. A young man with dreadlocks was the only saving grace of the entire bar restaurant experience. There even seemed to be a manger on the floor who was too I terested in pulling staff off the floor and "have side conversations" with them instead of jumping in and helping them. I am dumbfounded that this is a doubletree. I won't be returning to this hotel ever again.
I called the day before to see if I could check in early, over the phone I was told $75 to do so. My flight landed early and I got to the hotel at 8:30. I saw others in the waiting room, but I proceeded to go to the desk and ask to check in early and pay the fee. The lady at the front desk told me $50 and then proceeded to tell me the entire hotel was booked last night and that there are no clean rooms. She then told me that I would have to wait an hour before a room became available. I said okay. I had an event to be to so I have some time to spare. Now me and four other people who were there before me saw others check out even saw house keepers walking around but 6 hours passed and we did not have a room. When they finally gave me a room they didn’t even say hey since you’ve been waiting here for so long let’s waive the fee no they proceeded to charge me with no apologies. When I got to my room the bathroom was nasty so I decided to clean it myself. When I saw housekeeping outside in the hall I asked for two extra wash clothes and she told me “No”. I was so annoyed with the lack of management and professionalism. I will never come back to that hotel ever again. Also I tried to call corporate multiple times to get my early room charge refund with no success. So thanks for nothing.
Beds were super comfy. Room was very nice, clean and loved the shampoos, lotions and soaps.
