I wanted a hotel within walking distance of the airport, a good dinner, a firm mattress, a quiet room and cleanliness everywhere. Met all my expectations thank you.
I like this hotel and enjoying staying there, but this time it appeared like my sheet had not been changed. The sheets just had that look and feel of them being slept on.
The cleaning of room was not up to par. Front desk bad staffing without proper answers.
My gripe is the hidden fees after confirming my room. $97 tax reclamation on top of the higher than average room rate. Totally inappropriate. Put all fees on the front page.
Breakfast packages are not included in the standard room rates. However, breakfast packages for your group are available. Average breakfast cost is $20 per person. The RBG is open daily from 6am to 9pm.
Parking is available in our private open lot for $25 per night. We also offer bus parking and special rates for group blocks.

Service was very professional and friendly. Room was comfortable.
A very friendly, efficient hotel in a great location, walkable from the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable and despite the nearness to the airport, it’s quiet. Would recommend.
Walk here from airport, take shuttle back.
The lobby, restaurant, bar were way too cold! The revolving huge door going all the time might have played a part. Our room had toilet issues that my hubby had to constantly fix. The price $268 was way too much for what you get. Pillows were flat. Bed frame was noisy, but mattress was great! Nicely remodeled rooms, like having bottled water in room.
The front desk was excellent Very disappointed that pool wasn’t available for our granddaughter. We would have stayed someplace else.
I requested two rooms and paid for two rooms, but was given only one room. For a family of five returning from a vacation.
Due to early flight and living on island, coming over the night before my flight. Excellent staff.
This is my favorite "go to" hotel when travelling. The food in the restaurant and bar area are some of my favorites and the beverages are always good. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.
I will use again! Clean and comfy.
Great hotel close to the airport.
Good food from restaurant. No jet aircraft noise despite being across street from airport. Freely gave extra coffee packets.
Excellent service from everyone on staff.
The only negative was they did not have enough shuttle drivers for all the guests going to the airport.
The beds are large and comfortable to sleep. The water supply to the bath tub is enough to fill quickly.
The staff was excellent. Helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well appointed. The location very close to the airport five minutes with the hotel shuttle. I was stranded due to the IT world situation. I felt comfortable and safe and taken care of by the staff.
