We had a fantastic stay at The Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles! The history of the hotel made it such a unique and special place to stay and the beautiful architecture added to the charm. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The location in the heart of downtown was perfect—within walking distance of so many great attractions. If you’re looking for a hotel with character, great service and a prime location, this is definitely the place to stay!
Definitely disappointed in our stay. Upon entering our room (489), I went into the bathroom. The door is brown surrounding the handle. It hasn’t been cleaned at all recently. I later get in the shower and it’s yellow/brownish around the drain. Gross. Now it’s 11:53 P.M. to 11:57 P.M. and a helicopter is back AGAIN! This is probably the 10th helicopter that sounds like it’s coming through our room. I understand the hotel is old but this is ridiculous!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This historic gem is incredible. Great service and fine room. Walked to many sites easily.
I liked the whole vibe of the place. The valet parking takes a while but otherwise it was a good hotel.
