Hotel Blu Vancouver was amazing. The front desk and other staff members were all professional, friendly and very helpful. We were especially impressed by one desk staff member who patiently communicated with us by writing notes back and forth, since we are deaf. His kindness made a big difference and he even arranged two taxi reservations for us in advance—we truly appreciated that. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We were absolutely delighted and would happily stay again.
