The Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a complimentary airport shuttle.
There was only one luggage rack in the rooms. For couples or two travelers sharing a room this means someone puts their luggage on the floor or on the chair. No pen, pencil or paper in the room. Do you offer room service. You have a good restaurant in the lobby. Walked out to the courtyard which was badly in need of maintenance. At least cut the grass. Cost cutting? That said you staff at the check in desk and at the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. You have a management problem, not a staff problem.
I was pretty caught off guard when I had to pay 50 dollars for overnight parking when I was already staying there for the night.

Bathroom grout ( shower and floor) needed cleaning. Lamp shade damaged. Bathtub is very slippery, sloped and no grab handles.

The bed was very uncomfortable, not the Hilton I'm used to staying in.
We stayed here twice and it was excellent. Good shuttle! Efficient front desk.
The room assigned to us was much in need of a refresh. From top to bottom, including the window coverings, the room was the worst we have experienced at any Hilton. Even the outlets for charging electronics and plugging in our devices were so worn that most didn’t work. If Hilton has even any minimum standards, this space will not pass the test. We travel regularly and many times choose our hotels based on the experience of our past experience with lodging brands. Hilton did not engender any loyalty from us after tolerating this worn out excuse for a hotel room.

The room was comfortable and clean. Satisfied but too costly. The same accoutrements can be provided for much less!
My wife and I stayed overnight at midnight after a long day of flying. The hotel employees were very nice and made us feel welcomed. The next morning we had an exceptional breakfast served by a very nice staff. This hotel is what all hotels should aspire to. Wonderful experience!
Lobby was beautiful and decorated for the holidays. Staff was nice and we received a free breakfast the next day.
The shuttle driver was awesome.
