We love this hotel ! Wonderful place and staff, beautiful rooms, restaurants, clean facilities, beautiful buildings and gardens ! These people do their best to make your stay the best experience possible ! A+++ We will be back ! A hotel with a big heart !

Arrived at the hotel after 13 hours of travel from Edmonton (flight delays due to weather), I was very cranky. The front desk staff managed me very well. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, accessible to the sky train. If you take the train downtown, do some research and get a map of downtown so you know where to exit the train. We got off at the wrong stop, the sketchy part of downtown but we did not feel unsafe at any time, just disappointed that we missed some sights, which was on us.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Conference Center at Sea Tac. Excellent customer service and the facilities and amenities are superb.

The staff was wonderful in accommodating us on short notice when our flight was delayed by several hours and we could not get home. The room was very comfortable and convenient. We were already parked there, so being able to stay was so convenient.

Jamerah, our front desk contact was superb. We had some challenges with the reservation and she took total control with knowledge and care, producing a satisfying experience. She eliminated the problem. She should be very valued and hopefully can advance in her employment.

The lady that runs your coffee station in the morning is a keeper!

The bed is amazingly comfortable! The shower was also excellent, though the hot water was not consistently hot throughout the shower. Parking is good. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind.

My room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Clean. Close to airport. Great bar and restaurant. Free shuttle and convenient location. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Stay here before we fly out from SeaTac and it is a fantastic location. It's just down the road from a Park 'N Fly that shuttles frequently to the airport, we use the self park and shuttle over. Weird thing about this trip is the fire alarm went off at 11:00 p.m. and we got dressed and a fire truck and the police came right away. Back in bed within 20 minutes. We have not eaten at the restaurant there as it is too spendy for us, but we enjoy staying there.

Good service, great food! Our flight was cancelled and we had no luggage. Hilton was very accommodating. It is appreciated!

There was only one luggage rack in the rooms. For couples or two travelers sharing a room this means someone puts their luggage on the floor or on the chair. No pen, pencil or paper in the room. Do you offer room service. You have a good restaurant in the lobby. Walked out to the courtyard which was badly in need of maintenance. At least cut the grass. Cost cutting? That said you staff at the check in desk and at the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. You have a management problem, not a staff problem.
